High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
A healthier twist on a classic party favorite! This high-protein buffalo chicken dip uses lean chicken, Greek yogurt, and smart ingredient swaps for a guilt-free and satisfying appetizer.

- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain, non-fat
- 0.5 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 4 oz Cream Cheese light
- 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese reduced-fat, shredded
- 0.25 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing light
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo wing sauce, light cream cheese, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumbles, light ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Garnish: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve: Serve hot with your favorite dippers such as celery sticks, carrot sticks, or whole-wheat crackers.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo wing sauce. For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can substitute cottage cheese for Greek yogurt or use a plant-based cream cheese for a dairy-free option.
