Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz (170g) each
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ginger powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Rub each fillet with olive oil, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and ginger powder until smooth.
- Using a pastry brush or spoon, generously coat the top and sides of each fillet with the glaze.
- Place fillets on the baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes until the glaze bubbles and is deep golden brown and the fish flakes easily.
- Optional: Toggle the broiler for the final 60 seconds for a darker crust, watching closely to prevent burning.
