Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large mangoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly. Dice the pineapple, mango, and kiwi into uniform 1/2 inch (1.3cm) pieces and place all prepared fruit into a large glass mixing bowl.
  2. In a small separate bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk vigorously until the honey is fully incorporated and the mixture is a glossy, pale gold syrup.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
  4. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the fruit from the bottom up until coated to avoid crushing the berries.
