Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12 oz / 340g) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing included)
  • 4 oz (115g) softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • purple, green, and gold food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Gently separate the cinnamon roll dough pieces and arrange them in a circular ring on the baking sheet, slightly touching.
  3. Press a plastic baby charm into the bottom of one random roll.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until velvety.
  5. Dollop the cream cheese mixture into the center of each roll, pressing down slightly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are a deep golden brown.
  7. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Divide the glaze into three bowls and stir in purple, green, and gold food coloring.
  9. Drizzle the colors in alternating stripes across the cake after it has cooled for 10 minutes.
