Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Place a small saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 60 seconds until fragrant.
- Whisk in the lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the liquid reduces by about a third and becomes slightly syrupy.
- Remove the pan from the heat immediately and stir in the fresh dill and parsley.
