Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place a small saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 60 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Whisk in the lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  3. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the liquid reduces by about a third and becomes slightly syrupy.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat immediately and stir in the fresh dill and parsley.
