Ingredients:
- 1 cup (175g) dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
- 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (150g) low-sugar sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to allow for easy removal.
- Combine the dark chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each burst, until the mixture is glossy and completely smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until the color is a uniform, deep mahogany.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm before cutting into squares.
