Ingredients:
- 2 large firm bananas (approx. 225g)
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform rounds approximately 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil until each piece is lightly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through the cooking time.
- Immediately remove the chips from the air fryer and toss them in a bowl with the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Transfer the chips to a wire rack and allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes to firm up and reach maximum crispness.
