2. Intellectual Property Rights and Usage License

2.1 Ownership of Content

The Service and all of its original content, features, functionality, recipes, written instructions, blog posts, original photography, graphics, and logos are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Table of Recipes and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and foreign jurisdictions.

2.2 Permitted and Prohibited Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service strictly for your personal, non-commercial culinary use. You may print recipes for your own kitchen use.

You may NOT:

• Copy, paste, scrape, or republish entire recipe instructions or ingredient lists on your own website, blog, or social media accounts.
• Use our original photography without proper attribution. You may use exactly ONE (1) photograph from a recipe post for round-up articles or features, provided you include a clear, clickable "do-follow" link directly back to the original recipe page on tableofrecipes.com, and you do not include the recipe instructions.
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from our Service.

3. User-Generated Content and Comments

We welcome and encourage users to leave comments, reviews, and ratings on our recipes. By posting comments, feedback, or submitting photos to our Service, you grant Table of Recipes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.

You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the absolute right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion without notice, particularly content that we deem to be spam, self-promotional, or offensive.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Service, including uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents.
• Using automated systems, such as "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional web browser.

5. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, or special offers that are not owned or controlled by Table of Recipes. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites that you visit. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Table of Recipes, its owners, writers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without

limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TABLE OF RECIPES, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TABLE OF RECIPES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the United States.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
